Biography
Nathan Fort is the founder and managing member of Fort Law PLLC. A Kentucky business attorney, he advises entrepreneurs, startups, and established companies on entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and venture capital.
In addition to his legal practice, Nathan is the co-founder and owner of Awesome Inc and Awesome Ventures, a Lexington-based business incubator and accelerator. He is a founding member and active angel investor through the Cherub Fund and chairman of the board of the Kentucky Entrepreneur Hall of Fame.
